At Healing Rhythms Massage, it’s all about you.
I believe in the powerful connection between mind and body, and my approach centers on listening—both to what your body is communicating and to what you share with me. Every session is tailored to you, with the time, care, and intention you deserve.

My work is especially focused on supporting the nervous system. Rather than forcing change in the body, I use techniques that help guide you out of fight-or-flight and into a state where real relaxation and healing can occur. Many of my clients are navigating chronic stress, persistent pain, or complex chronic conditions, and are looking for an approach that feels safe, supportive, and responsive to their needs.

You can expect a massage that is both results-driven and deeply calming—where your comfort always comes first. I aim to create a space where you feel listened to, respected, and at ease. Healing Rhythms Massage is proudly LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive of all bodies.

I hold an Associate’s degree from Wellspring School of Allied Health’s Massage Therapy Program. Since graduating, I’ve continued my education with a focus on gentle, effective techniques, including training with the Upledger Institute in Craniosacral Therapy. This work supports the nervous system by helping release tension and improve overall balance. I am also certified in Heated Bamboo Massage, blending the benefits of heat with deeper therapeutic work.

I’m committed to ongoing learning so I can continue to refine my approach and better support the people on my table. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, support for a chronic condition, or simply a place to unwind, each session is designed with intention and care.
